Dexter Utility District Payment Options:

 

Your water/sewer bill can be paid online, by mail, by phone using our toll-free number or in person at our office.

 

  • Online with InvoiceCloud: You can pay with electronic check without paying a fee or you can pay by credit / debit card for                a 2.95% convenience fee.  Other payment options are available (PayPal, Venmo etc) 

            Click here to register or sign in to pay your bill online.  (Hint: you will need your 12 digit account # from your bill.)

  • Mail by sending your check or money order to (do not mail cash):

  • In person with cash or check at the District office. Office hours are 8:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 – 4:30 Monday through Friday

  • Drop off a payment in the drop slot in our office door.

                     Use a debit or credit card. There is a 2.95% fee plus $1.00

 

  • Auto Pay

                     Set up auto pay to pay your bill on the due date. Use a bank account and there are no fees. Use a debit or credit                         card and there is a 2.95% fee.  Click here to set up auto pay or paperless billing.

 

  • Schedule a payment through our online payment system InvoiceCloud. Set the date that you want the payment to be                        made using your preferred method of payment.  Click here to schedule a payment.

 

 

Your utility bill is overdue if not paid by the due date shown on your bill (not less than 25 days from billing date).

Please call our office at 207-924-7367 to make a payment arrangement if you are unable to pay your bill in full by the due date.  We will work with you to make an arrangement that works for you. 

 

Unpaid bills are subject to Maine Public Utilities Commission collection and disconnection procedures including collection fees, reconnection fees, and interest per our approved tariffs as well as mortgage liens.
